CAN I CHANGE AN ARTICLE?
It is not possible to change products in your order.
If you don’t like the product or it is not suitable you can return en (see question HOW CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE?) and wait for the refund.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE?
You can return any product you don’t like within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. We invite you to try our products without removing their tags and seals, otherwise the return won’t be authorized.
We will refund exclusively the products actually received by our warehouse.
If the item is not in its original condition or if the defect is not accept any refund will be made and the return will be sent back to you.
Returns are always free, if previously authorized by our Customer Service.
If the package will be returned to our warehouse without a return authorization and without the tracking number given, ANITA POKRIVAČ DESIGN will not refund the shipping costs.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we will receive your products, for any reason, quality control and refund will follow within 14 days.
THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS NOT CORRECT, WHAT CAN I DO?
It is necessary to contact our Customer Service, to verify the refunded amount and will proceed to the refund of the difference dued.
